I’ve spent 25 years helping kids feel understood.

But long before anyone called me “Dr. Jill,” I was a shy, tenderhearted kid who felt everything deeply. That little girl grew up to become a clinical child and adolescent psychologist, and years later, a mother. Motherhood challenged everything my training had taught me. What I learned in that first humbling year, I now teach parents. It’s the basis of everything I do, and it’s where The Integrated Parent began. If you love a child who leaves you feeling exhausted, confused, and some days defeated, I invite you to read my story.
